[esa-t474] waveform plots

Hi All,

All waveform plots ( fit freq, ft freq, decay time and fitted t0) are
now available of the web for all T474 runs between 2379 - 2850. I'll
update the plots vs runnumber for that entire range asap. I'll try to
add plots for the calibration tone data as well since I'll be focusing
on that system while being at slac the next two weeks.
