[esa-t474] T474 meeting Monday, note the time!!!

Dear all,

We will have a meeting to discuss what needs to be done for T-474 before 
the April run, in particular

- calibration system upgrades
- control for the new movers and BPM7 integration into SCP
- magnetic measurements
- DAQ/cabling changes required
- etc

to form a plan for the preparational work at SLAC in February 2008.

+ we will probably need a final short discussion on the NIM paper as well.
