[esa-t474] Paper Meeting

Dear All,

As suggested by Yury a week or so ago, we plan to have a meeting to
hopefully sign off on the NIM paper after the ESA meeting today. This
would nominally be at 9:30am though it could be earlier if the ESA meeting
finishes in good time. I don't know if we have a T474 meeting scheduled
already but could someone at SLAC check the phone conference is available?
