[esa-t474] ESA activities in Jan/Feb 2008

We do not have a regularly scheduled T474 meeting next week, but one  
can be scheduled. Or we can just use the tail end of the standing ESA  
meeting. I have a constraint at 11am next Monday, but hopefully we'll  
be done by then :)
