Dear All,

	As promised, I've implemented as many corrections as possible and
updated the paper in CVS.  Most of these were purely cosmetic really, so I
wouldn't worry too much about looking at it before the meeting. I will go 
through all the comments I've recieved so far and try to get out a (sort 
of) agenda listing the main sticking points left before the meeting.
