[esa-t474] T474 shift plan

HI all,

In view of the shiftplan changes i've update a bit our own T474 shift
plan. The only inconvenient shift i had to put in is prob Owl on the
17th... Mahsa, michele, let me know if you'd prefer not to see your name
there. I've put myself and alex there in any case.
