[esa-t474] Submitting in 24 hours and counting...

When this paper is reviewed at NIM, the reviewers want changes made, so should we not wait until the final version is accepted before submitting it to EuroTev, SLAC PUB and arxiv.

I've uploaded the versions of the papers I plan to submit. They are on the 
CVS server and also:

(et == EuroTeV version)

I will submit them to the following in 24 hours time (Friday PM, UK time):

NIM
EuroTev
SLAC Pub
arxiv

If anyone has any problems with this please let me know ASAP!

P.S. Does anyone know how to add the SLAC Pub number to the top right of 
the paper or do SLAC Pub do that themselves?
