[esa-t474] draft abstract for PAC'07

Hi Bino, looks good.  Sergey, Viktor and Michele are also preparing one on the magnetic measurements we are doing for the chicane magnets; can probably distribute that later today.

Michele could present measurement results for discussion at a Monday T474 meeting.  I'm away at JLAB for a workshop Monday-Wednesday so will not have the regular ilc-esa meeting monday.  Yury and I discussed yesterday may be good to use that timeslot for a T474 meeting then, which has better chance than the 9:30 time for participation from Japan where Yury and stew and others are/will be.
