[esa-t474] timestamps in rootfiles

I'm currently extracting the timestamps for each event from the raw
ascii files. I've created a new directory

  /nfs/slac/g/esa/ilc/times

which will store per run the time stamp from each event as a
double having the proper unix time before the comma and the
milliseconds after the comma. The extraction is done by

  /nfs/slac/g/esa/ilc/getEvTimes.sh

I've also created a root macro file

  /nfs/slac/g/esa/ilc/esaEvTime.C

with a routine which will update the existing root files by adding a new
TBranch in ntp2 containing a new "evTime" variable to ntp2. It should
be straightforward then to make plots versus proper time.
I haven't started updating the root files yet as the extraction of the
event timestamps is relatively slow on the nfs... will send a mail
around once it's done.
