[esa-t474] Draft 3.1

	Hi all,

I can make a reservation for the meeting on Wed. What time did we  
agree to hold it ? I'm afraid I screwed up and scheduled another  
meeting for 8am on Wed. It could be moved, but if the paper meeting  
could be pushed to 9am PDT, that would be much easier.

P.S. I assume that we will forgo the T474 meeting tomorrow (Monday).  
I also haven't seen an announcement from Mike about the general ESA  
meeting at 8am on Monday.
