[esa-t474] Major paper update

Dear All,

	Sorry to clutter your inboxes, but on the advice of Stewart, I've 
added line numbers to help when sending me comments. As Yury has already 
suggested though, you can always download the raw tex files from CVS, edit 
them and send them on to me. Whichever is easier!
