[esa-t474] Another paper update

Hi All,

	Another week, another update to the paper. I have now finshed the 
analysis (unless people have significant problems with any of it!) and 
have started addressing the comments I've already recieved. As always, the 
newly built versions are at:

I'll keep going through the comments I've already had and hopefully have 
another update next week (though with significantly more minor changes!).
