[esa-t474] Examining the Frequencies and Decay Constants

Dear All,

In order to get the most out of the data from after the LO change (around 
run 1372) that will make up the majority of the paper, I've recomputed the 
frequencies and deacy constants using the waveform fitting algorithm which 
seemed to be better than the values found from fitting the FFT. The 
results for BPMs 3-5 are understandably a bit more dubious using the 
waveform fit, but are still pretty good. Hopefully, these can be used by 
Bino in the reporcessing. To have look, go to:
