[esa-t474] Magnet test lab data for 3B2

Hi, the magnetic measurements have been completed in the test lab on 3B2 (15-D-6).  3B1 and 3B4 measurements are also complete; 3B4 is currently installed on the beamline in ESA.  3B3 is now on the test stand.  Magnetic Measurement data is available at

The 3B2 measurements included a z scan over 98cm close to center in z on the magnet so could see the field rolloff on both ends.
