[esa-t474] RE: Run 1557 and Notes

Hi All,

I've updated yury's code (bino-02feb07a) to include the Hall data as Zen
layed it out in the dataFileFormat and processed run 1557 at SLAC. You
can find it in the default location under /nfs/slac/g/esa/ilc/root.
Also the ilcOnline code at slac is updated.
