[esa-t474] Final, final corrections!

Dear All,

	After the phone meeting, there were some more minor corrections 
that I have now implemented. The most significant of these was changing 
the long term stability plot for BPM 9-11 to include a recomputing of the 
SVD coefficients. I've uploaded this and now plan to submit on Wednesday. 
That gives everyone ~48 hours to tell me not to if they wish!
