Hi Bino,
- the Linac phases affect the longitudinal phase space, particularly the energy spread and the bunch length. The relevant phase is PHAS DR12 63 VACT
- for S29 feedback, yes units are um and urad
- fb31 EGAIN1E- is an actuator variable that talks to the S27 and S28 sub-booster phases to set the beam energy. Not sure of units. For monitoring of beam energy I think you want to look at fb31 engye-.

hi all. I'm adding a repository with beam DQ plots ( fb setpoints, corrector settings, toroid readings, linac phases etc... ) it's going in the usual place http://www.hep.ucl.ac.uk/lc/T474/EsaData/daql/
under beam. I'll have to rerun the plots once i have had a closer look to the calibrated 3I2/3I2 toroid readings. once that's done, i'll link everyting off the runinfo database and put some additional info in it, like e.g. average feedback setpoint positions.
there are a number of things however i would like to understand better, so if anyone has an idea of the following, you're welcome, i'll add it to the database
- would be nice to have some docu on what the LINAC phases influence
down in the end station
- the sector 29 feedback, i assume the units there are um and urad ?
- the fb31 EGAIN1E- (FB31_FB31ESA_EGAIN1E-), what would be exactly in
there ? ( units ? )
