[esa-t474] root files + daq dq

[Bino Maiheu]

hi all. the online root files have all been copied back to SLAC, we now
have a complete set there as well. I've also added a new directory with
DAQ monitoring/quality plots, usual location :
http://www.hep.ucl.ac.uk/lc/T474/EsaData/daql/
and in subdir "daq"
